Inspiration most often happens one to many, for example as we hear brilliant preaching or teaching on a Sunday morning in church. Transformation most often happens in smaller settings, One to One or One to a Few, as we work with others to apply what we are learning to specific situations.
Kelly has been helping individuals and teams with transformation since 1994. Serving as a full-time pastor at Glen Ellyn Bible Church, Kelly holds two M.A.’s from Wheaton College, one in Educational Ministries and another in Biblical Studies. He also holds a doctorate in ministry leadership and management from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has written several books including “Following Jesus” and “Drive Thru Theology,” both of which are aimed at making discipleship accessible in the 21st century. Married to his college sweetheart, together they have three children. Kelly’s passion is to see people go from missing spiritual layups to making them.
